About and Critique
This was created after a while looking at the Disney fairies style. I'm a big fan of the style of the characters as well as the very soft coloring that the watercolor for that particular style creates. I really like how this piece in particular turned out, because it really shows how far I've gone in terms of coloring, particularly with pencil medium. The details in her face are soft and alluring, even, showing her intense interest with flames. Her style of clothing emulates ruffles in flowers as well as softer silks.
The only thing would be the background the hands. I wish there was more detail in hands, rather than pudge-hands.
